• Maximum of 3 Absences : Students are permitted a maximum of three absences per semester. Absences beyond this limit may affect their progress and engagement with the course material.

• Notification for Sick Leave or Family Trips : If your child needs to be absent due to illness, we kindly request a doctor’s note. For planned family trips, please provide travel documentation (e.g., airplane tickets) in advance. This helps us ensure minimal disruption to your child's learning and our classroom operations.

• Make-Up and Credit Options :

2 Days Credited to Next Semester: For up to two missed days, families may receive credit toward the following semester.

1 Day Make-Up Class: We will offer one make-up class during the semester for students who have missed a session. Please check with our office for scheduled make-up days.

• No Refunds After 3 Absences : We do not issue refunds for absences. If a student exceeds three absences, the fourth and any additional days missed will not be credited or refunded.

• Advance Notification Encouraged : If you know in advance that your child will miss a class, please inform us as early as possible. This allows us to plan accordingly and provide any needed support or resources to maintain their learning progress.
